• Saturday, July 19.  Annual Blackberry Festival.  Ebbs Chapel Community Center.

August 2025

• Thursday, August 14, 7 PM. The Shelton Laurel Massacre: Madison County's Civil War History.  Sponsored by the Wolf Laurel Historical Society.  SheilaKay Adams and Dan Slagle interviewed by Taylor Barnhill.  Free and open to all.

• Friday, August 15 and Saturday August 16, 7:30 PM.  Theatre: Turnpike Sunset.  Ebbs Chapel Performing Arts Center.  Information.  Tickets $20, Children under 12 free.

• Sunday, August 17, 2:30 PM.  Theatre: Turnpike Sunset.  Ebbs Chapel Performing Arts Center.  Information.  Tickets $20, Children under 12 free.

• Saturday, August 23, 4 PM. A Tribute to the Madison County North Carolina Fiddlers. Ebbs Chapel Performing Arts Center.  Sponsored by the Madison County Arts Council.  Information.  Tickets.  $30 advance.

Madison County Senior Lunch Program at Ebbs Chapel Community Center

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Lunch served at noon.  In the Upper Laurel Nutrition Center on the ground level in the left wing of the Ebbs Chapel Community Center. Information

Community Yard Sale

1st and 3rd Saturdays, 7 AM-12 Noon in the summer months. Community Center Grounds.  Free Admission.  $10 per site for sellers. Information
