The Upper Laurel Community Organization, Inc. is a registered North Carolina non-profit corporation whose sole purpose is serving the Upper Laurel community by operating the Ebbs Chapel Community Center.

The Center is located at 281 Laurel Valley Road, Mars Hill, North Carolina.

The Ebbs Chapel Community Center welcomes volunteers to assist with the Center’s work and welcomes donations through the office of the Treasurer.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held the first Monday of each month with meetings cancelled in some winter months.

The Annual Meeting of the ULCO occurs in conjunction with the November meeting of the Board of Directors, generally on the first Monday in November each year. Election of officers occurs at this meeting in the even numbered years. By bylaw, all members of the Upper Laurel Community are members of the ULCO.
