Our Exercise Room is a
clean, well lighted space equipped for training, classes, and equipment
usage. The room is available for residents of the Upper Laurel
Community and their guests during open hours (Saturday, 9-11) and may be rented for
organized activities. Upper Laurel neighbors have donated used exercise equipment to work many muscle groups available for your workout. In addition, the large, well-lighted, room with wonderful floor space is ideal for exercise classes. Trained health/exercise instructors with interest in conducting health or exercise classes in the exercise room, are encouraged to contact the Community Center to discuss arrangements, including appropriate rental, for such classes. If you have used equipment that is still in good working order, please contact the Center to inquire about donation. If you are simply looking for a good place to work out without paying the expense of professional athletic club, consider joining us in the Ebbs Chapel Exercise Room. |
