Madison County
Youth League Baseball plays each spring (from March to June) at Ebbs Chapel Field on
the Community Center grounds. The League sponsors divisions for
players aged 3 through 12.
The League's commitment is to "promote mental, emotional, social, and
physical health as well as teach kids transferable skills that they use
far into adult life. Being on a team teaches kids valuable social
skills. They learn how to share, value diverse skill sets, trust others,
and support and encourage one another." We are proud to host the
League at Ebbs Chapel Field.
Come watch the kids have fun and pick up a hot dog for supper. And
for those interested in having their children participate in the league
and/or in volunteering in the League program please
contact a member of the League's Board of Directors.
The League is affiliated with the Madison County Department of Parks and
Recreation which supports the League
facilities. The County Commissioners recently approved upgrades to
the League's facilities including improvements to Ebbs Chapel
Field. We thank them. |
